What kind of art file do I need?

No wrong answers here. We’ve got your back regardless of what your art file looks like. Our art department can make revisions as needed. They are the BEST! However, we prefer Vector files. This type of file ensures that your design will be 100% identical to your wants and needs, leaving little room for error during production. Common formats are: .ai, .pdf, .eps, .svg.
Our Standard lead time is whenever you need them . We have been known to make magic happen on more than one occasion. With that being said we prefer to have 10-14 business days or 2-3 weeks. Having that extra time allows for us to work through any complications before your completion date.
Minimums vary by service. Screen printing and promotional products typically have minimum quantities, while embroidery, laser engraving, and DTF may offer lower minimums. When using our Online Designer you can order just one item! Contact us for details.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, checks, cash and ACH payments. Large custom manufacturing projects may require deposits. Checks and ACH payments are preferred.

Do you require a deposit?

Orders under $1000 are due in full up front. For orders over $1000 we can accept half down and remaining half due upon completion. Net terms are available upon business credit approval.
