All quotes provided through our website or by phone are estimates only and are subject to change based on final project specifications. An order is confirmed only upon written confirmation from Shop Strange and receipt of any required deposit.
Artwork and Intellectual Property
By submitting artwork, logos, graphics, or other files to Shop Strange, you represent and warrant that:
Shop Strange is not responsible for any intellectual property infringement arising from customer-submitted artwork. You agree to indemnify and hold Shop Strange harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from artwork you submit.
Proofs and Approvals
Shop Strange will provide digital proofs for your review prior to production. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs for accuracy, including spelling, colors, sizing, and design placement. Once you approve a proof in writing, Shop Strange will not be responsible for errors in the final product that were present in the approved proof.
Production and Turnaround
Standard production timelines are communicated at the time of order. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee. Timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control. Shop Strange will notify you of any significant delays.
Cancellations and Changes
Order cancellations or changes must be requested before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations may not be possible, or may be subject to fees for work already completed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel an order.
Returns and Refunds
Because our products are custom-made to your specifications, we generally do not accept returns or issue refunds for completed orders unless the product is defective or materially differs from the approved proof. If you believe you have received a defective or incorrect order, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Our website provides access to an online design studio powered by Inksoft. Use of this tool is subject to Inksoft’s terms of service in addition to these Terms. Shop Strange is not responsible for technical issues arising from the Inksoft platform.
Our website links to third-party catalog platforms (including Company Casuals, Sportswear Collection, Pyramex, and others) and external websites. These third-party sites operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Shop Strange is not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of any third-party website.
